I have the accreditation of one of the schools, I turned to pursue my application. The Admissions Committee officer told me that "the decision was made, and you should receive a letter shortly." Admissions officers may say that it is accepted or not the phone? From what the admissions officer said, it's just a polite way of saying they were rejected?

Take nothing personally, I do not, it's just what I want to go to this school.
