How would you describe my meal today? - fudges biscuits

Is it healthy Please give me information that I can do to improve

Breakfast: Two Pilsbury Biscuits
Lunch: baked beans and brown rice and nectarines (which is a small bowl with rice and beans)
Snack: Dulce de Ronda (Couldnt resist) and a peach
Dinner: Small portion of beans and brown rice portion of roast chicken little

The breakfast was all carbs. They have a cookie and add OJ, fruit, milk, or something. Lunch was a little more carbohydrates. Keep nectarine, if you want, but perhaps a salad for a better diet. Snack is good. It's ok to enjoy a little, we will be happy to binge eating! And for dinner, I opted for one of the beans and rice, but not both. Add more vegetables! Good Luck Getting Smart! (X
